Rhiannon's sister, Rhett (available for adoption) can also be seen on our website.
Description: Rhiannon and her sister, Rhett, were born to a stray momcat so we are socializing then. Rhiannon has a club foot (her right hind leg is not developed properly) but you really can't tell from a photo! They are doing great and we'll keep the site updated with more pix ASAP.
We have decided to take her to a kitty chiropractor and possibly orthopedist due to her right rear leg, we think she's in a bit of pain and we will keep you posted. We will probably have to do a fundraiser because these are specialists and not in the budget.
PAWS adopts out kittens in pairs, or adopts to a home with another young kitty (3 yrs or so).
Here is why -- this is the best article we have found to explain: http://meowcatrescue.org/resources/articles/12/single-kitten-syndrome/
If you are interested in adopting, please go to www.pawsfla.com and click on the Adoption Policy menu, from there you will find the online application link.
The adoption process typically goes as follows: - you submit an application - foster mom reviews, and will contact you by email - upon approval, foster mom will coordinate an adoption location/time.... or your deposit to hold young kittens - foster mom will email, call or text to coach as needed to help integrate your new kitty
