Mya is barely even a year old and already had her second litter. She was rescued when the owners were evicted. We knew she was pregnant, and we had no idea how far along she was..... and - boom -  four days later.... on Nov 30, she gave birth.

Mya's babies are Matthew, Margo and Maverick. They all found homes ... now it's her turn!!!


Mya is very petite, and outgoing after she settles in for a couple of days. We moved her from her first foster home to another foster home, and after she was isolated a couple days, she was ready to explore! She has been in a foster home with dogs, however she was nursing her babies so we kept her isolated and we are uncertain how she does face-to-face with dogs. Thus, proper introduction would need to be done. We think she would be fine with children.

Mya is slightly (very slightly) timid... she is always aware of her surroundings and wants to check things out and sometimes we will see her "cautiously slinking" to a destination in the foster home.  She's got to build confidence in her home, this can take time when they have been bumped around.
