Dewy is a three year old front declawed persian. She is a black and white tuxedo. This is the first black and white tuxedo persian I have seen. She is so cute! She has spots on her nose. She is a little timid at first but is a very sweet cat. She came from a home of 8 persians. Their owner died and the daughter said it was just too much for her in a tiny RV trailer. She turned two over to rescue. We have her buddy Tawny as well. Dewy had some matting, so her fur is not even due to trimming off the matts.  She is a little round rolly polly. She is so cute watching her stand on her hind legs and wait for the toy to come her way!

UPDATE: While grooming the mats off I found out that Dewy is a female!

She loves to play with the other cats and joins in when toys are tossed to them. She is still a little shy but when I do get her in my arms, she loves to be brushed.  It will take some patience and a quiet home for Dewy to really become a pet quality cat.  She needs to be in a small area with easyaccess to her so that she can get used to her new owner and trust. Like I said, once I get her and start brushing her she is happy.
