DOB appx June 25. DSH classic dilute tortoiseshell tabby (torbie) spayed female. What gorgeous markings ... but oh, what sad eyes she had (she looks much better now that she has a full tummy)! This little girl was found dumped at a local business by one of our volunteers, she was starving and thin! People really should take unwanted cats and kittens to the county shelter, because on the street there just is no guarantee of a food source or a nice person coming along. She was screaming for food, and that would have called out the owls to her that very night. That's the terrible truth. Feral cats are QUIET for that reason...otherwise they become prey.

She already gained 2 ounces in the first 5 days! She did test negative for Feline Leukemia.

Her colors are very rare, most of the classic torties and classic torbies we see are brown or black with orange. This is the first dilute classic torbie I have ever seen.
