This sweetie showed up near a feral cat colony in Cocoa. She was very obviously in heat, and the nice people who feed put her in a carrier and brought her into rescue! She's young and sweet... we got her spayed and fully vetted, so she's ready to go!
Sprite is OK with other cats, she adapts quickly. We are not sure how she is around dogs and young children yet.
We've noticed she gets mildly growly when you pick her up. We aren't sure if she was mistreated ... we are still trying to figure out the boundaries with her. She doesn't get mean, she just gives a quiet little growl. This could be residual pain from her spay several days ago, we are very aware how painful this is and we pick her up carefully anyway.
