Description:
This little guy was found in a back yard where a stray momcat has had kittens. The homeowners are trying to catch momcat and also the rest of the litter.
He has a black coat and looks like he might end up having longer fur, plus he has what is called a "fevercoat" which is a lot of white down his back, which will eventually turn black or he might end up a smoke color. It's all a guess at this point because he's so young.
Mowgli has been handled and socialized, and introduced to dogs and is a purrbox and used to living indoors now!!!
Mowgli had his Feline Leukemia/FIV test (negative) and is de-wormed and de-flea'd and had a bath. He is eating up a storm and is hanging out with some other kittens in foster care.
PAWS adopts out kittens in pairs, or adopts to a home with another young kitty (3 years old, or so).
Here is why -- this is the best article we have found to explain: http://meowcatrescue.org/resources/articles/12/single-kitten-syndrome/
