Amy's brother, Andy (adopted) can also be seen on our website.
Description:
Amy was trapped at a feral colony & tamed up easily. Her brother Andy did too, & he already found a home!
Amy now has full roaming access in a house and has taken to it quickly. She just needs reassurance as she checks out new things. So far she is fine with a gentle dog & we are supervising these introductions properly. She will need to be placed in a home with another friendly kitty as a role model to continue reinforcement of her socialization. We suggest older children only.
PAWS adopts out kittens in pairs, or adopts to a home with another young kitty (3 years old, or so).
Here is why -- this is the best article we have found to explain: http://meowcatrescue.org/resources/articles/12/single-kitten-syndrome/
If you are interested in adopting, please go to www.pawsfla.com and click on the Adoption Policy menu, from there you will find the online application link.
