Description: Max and his 4 siblings were being dumped at the county shelter on June 1, luckily a no-kill volunteer saw this and intercepted the litter. They are a little shy in the first pictures because it was their first time in another home ... they are friendly and will come around and we will get better pictures. STUNNING KITTENS!!!
Max is the only brown tabby in the litter. Note his fur is slightly shorter but still very lush, he may end up having longer fur as he matures. We have noticed Max is the shyest in the litter, we are working with him on that.
Note at this age we will only adopt them in pairs or into a home with an existing kitten or young adult cat (3 yrs or less is typical age of a good playmate).
We are getting MANY emails about kitten adoptions at this time. Please be patient. This fostering we do is VOLUNTEER so it is AFTER WORK (and on our breaks) when you will probably hear back. And many folks are asking about "meeting" the kittens. First, please understand these animals live in our foster homes and are handled many times a day, so we disclose everything we know about their personalities. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS.
And, yes, our foster moms make private appointments to see them. The first step is to fill out an application. That way the foster mom will be able to determine whether the new home is a good fit prior to setting up a visit.
To fill out the application, go to www.pawsfla.com and click on Adoption Policy. From there you will see the cats and kittens application at the top, open that and you can submit the application right there online, no paper needed. We will be neutering this litter on June 6 so they can go to their new homes a couple days later.
