Mystery
Mystery

MYSTERY is doing great, growing and playing with Sammi the flame point. She sleeps with them too.

Gabriella

She is doing great! Naturally, very cautious and curious in her new surroundings, but she is not freaked out like my other cat would have been. She is so sweet and affectionate; I love when she puts her paw out to touch my face - melts my heart!. She is a little skittish with sudden noises but overall, I am really pleased with how well she is doing with me and my hubby. I really expected to hear meowing coming from 'her room' last night (I was prepared to go to her. Gosh, it's like having a new baby in the house!) but not a peep out of her. After we got home yesterday and I put her in the spare bedroom, it wasn't long before she was eating and playing a little bit. I brought her downstairs this morning ( I think she kept looking for the other cats too) and she was doing fine until a seagull out back scared her with its shrieking. She went right back upstairs to her safe room, so she knows where to go. So - so far so good! She is such a little lovey; I am very happy and I hope she will be too. My sister-in-law suggested we call her Katerina (Russian Blue/ Kat-erina). That was too good a suggestion, but we are waiting on that one :) Another happy ending? I think so. Thank you again so much! ~Kathy

Pretty Girl

"Pretty Girl" aka Simone has adjusted really well to life at our house. She took a little bit to adjust (which is understandable), she still sometimes gets scared by my roommate's cat or unexplored parts of the house, but has been surprisingly brave with new people, loud noises, and being picked up on occasion. Currently, she greets my roommate and I whenever we come home as well as any guests we might have around that want to say hi. She often follows me around the house talking to me and has had no trouble laying claim to her own private kitty room (the guest bedroom). She has been a wonderful addition to the house and a joy to have around! I have included a couple of pictures of her with this email. Thanks again for everything! ~Danielle

Fancy

It has been a long time since I wrote to you about Ema. I couldn't tell you enough how thankful we are to have her as our new addition to our family. She is the best cat or animal I have ever had. She is so sweet, adorable, well I could go on and on with adjectives to describe her. She hangs out with me when I am in the sun room. She is a very clean cat. She eats very neatly, and she will only lay on the bed if it is made. She does like the bed too because she feels like a queen and special, our Yorkie cannot jump that high. I have her on Blue Buffalo cat food. The food has very small pellets. She seems to like it a lot, and so does Molly. I have to keep it up from Molly so I really know how much Ema is eating. Molly is also on Blue Buffalo but dog food that has larger pieces. Other things about Ema: she loves to be brushed, likes a bath in the shower, she likes to play fetch with a paper wad, will not eat until I pet her, and she is very loyal to me. Ema pretty much hangs out where I am at. What more can I say except she is the greatest?. Thanks Mona for taking her in and allowing us to give her a forever home. ~Mary

Scotch
Scotch

Scotch is now called Scotty. He is doing very well. The house and the surrounding lanai and pool cage are all new territory for him. He also LOVES to tease the chichuahuas! He is doing very well with the other cat. He sleeps at the edge of my bed or his has already claimed a chair in the dining room. You are right that he is a friendly cat and we can all tell he was raised at least in a kind home. Thanks. ~Mike W
