Madison - Manx

Maddie is so very excellent. She and Red are friends already. Hope the others are finding homes! "As you can see by the pictures I have adopted the sofa for myself. My housekeeper shouldn’t be sitting anyway – he has plenty to do to make sure I am well taken care of. Thank you for sending me to my new human, he is doing pretty well with things on my wish list." Hugs and meows ~Nicky & Kat

Madison - SD

Just a quick note to let you know that Gizmo (one of Madison aka Maddie's biological siblings fostered by another rescue group) and Maddie are both doing great. Maddie is the "diva". She is quite vocal and so funny - she complains anytime she is not happy - even when she has an itch that she has to scratch! She loves sitting on my lap when I watch TV. She is acclimating to the other animals. With the other kitties, her personal space has shrunk from about a 6 foot radius to a 1 foot radius. The other kitties are trying to play with her. She does love to play fetch with anything that I throw for her. Yesterday was the first day that all three cats came to their dishes at the same time...a major success! They were all playing in the paper from me unwrapping dishes but they move so fast that Maddie was the only one I got a good shot at. Anyway, they are both "home" in a place where they are loved and appreciated. I just can't believe that these girls weren't adopted earlier - a good thing for me. ~Dawn

Mimi
Mimi

Tatyana and Mimi were both adopted by one of our PAWS transporters. Here's an update on Mimi: Mimi and my dachshund we're laying together on bed. She really torments and teases them. They are both young dogs and they just can't control themselves when she goes racing across the room like a bat out of hell. She lands on a perch and then waits for them to come. She then bats at them with her paws (Mimi style) . They have lots of fun!

Mini-Mi

Just a short note to let you know that things are working out well with Mini-Mi. I've attached a photo of her for you to see how she likes her new "room". She has run of the house but stays pretty much in our guest bedroom! That's where we kept her from the start. She misses her old housemates and obviously, you!!! She does have quite the set of lungs on her! LOL! BTW....we changed her name to Minnie. Dropped the Mi and changed the spelling. She does recognize that name! OMG, she's so adorable!! What a sweet face and you are so right about her "capsizing" and wanting her belly rubbed!!! She's very curious about Frazier and Abbey. They haven't exactly become friends yet, but neither are they arch enemies! I know everything is going to be wonderful before long! I'm just so happy to have Minnie and I know she already likes me pretty well too!! She follows me around like a puppy!!! LOL!! I just want to thank you, again for being such a terrific foster-Mom! I know your job isn't easy, caring and loving these kitties and then having to let them go. I don't know if P.A.W.S. ever asks for evaluations about their Foster-Moms, but believe me, I would give you glowing reviews!! It was such a pleasure meeting you and seeing how you love these kitties that so desperately need homes! I do love her to pieces!!! Thank you, and P.A.W.S., again!! ~Margy

Missy
Missy

My foster mom pulled me from the Cox Road kill room. I had been dumped along with a couple of other cats and a dog or two, our owners just wanted to clean house, I guess! Anyway, I didn't like other cats and PAWS worked really hard to get me over that little problem...took my foster mom 6 months and I was running around the house without a worry (with 20 other cats). Then...I found a home all by myself! Hah!!
